Redeeming a License Code
Redeeming your license code will unlock all of CANVID’s features, including the ability to export and share your screen recordings. Follow the steps below based on your current account status.
Run the app
When you launch the app for the first time, you'll be asked to either create an account or log in. Choose Create an Account. This will open a new browser tab.
Choose your sign up method
- Use your existing google account, or
- Enter your email address and click Create Account
Get the sign-up code
Check your email for the sign-up code, then enter it in the box and click Sign Up.
You now have an account
Your account has been created successfully. Return to the app and you should be logged in automatically. If not, simply log in using your new account credentials.
How to Redeem
Ready your license code
You'll find it in your email, or it may have been provided by Support.
Login to the app
If not logged in, you will be asked to log in first.
Click the yellow button
Once logged in, you'll see a yellow Upgrade button at the top-right. Click it.
Choose the option at the bottom
Check the bottom of the upgrade popup and click Already have a license code? Redeem.
Enter your license code
A new browser tab will open. Enter your license code and click Continue.
You're done!
After a successful redemption, you'll be redirected back to the app with all features unlocked.
